Cause of death: Breast Cancer

After his first wife, Catherine Mulhearn died in 1894, John H. Bechtold married Anna in 1895. Anna became the step-mother for John and Catherine's three children. I have found no evidence that John and Anna had any more children. In July of 1918, Anna was diagnosed with cancer of the breast. She survived for 1 year, 8 months. She was buried in the Bechtold plot at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in East Orange.
