CAUSES OF DEATH

Cause of death: Cerebro Vascular Accident
Jack retired from his occupation as a trucker and moved from Newark, NJ to Manchester Township in Ocean County, NJ with his wife Margaret. In 1975, he suffered a cerebrovascular accident (stroke) and died at Community Memorial Hospital in Toms River, NJ.
Most strokes happen when a blood clot blocks one of the arteries (blood vessels) that carries blood to the brain. As a result, brain cells are starved of oxygen. This causes some cells to die and leaves other cells damaged.
He was buried at Graceland Cemetery in Kenilworth, NJ.
