This is where Georg Rears and his children Josephine, Frank and Rose Marie were living in 1940.
Supposedly, the two-family house was built by Peter Bederski.
When Georg's son Charles married Catherine "Kitty" Thomas in 1936, they lived here on the first floor.
When Josephine married Frank Hock later in 1940, they moved in, on the second floor.
The Hock family lived nearby at 49 Tillinghast Street.
